We all love to wear flip flops which is comfortable, trendy. 

But there pros and cons in it too.

Good:

There are varities of flip flops which suits on all dresses.

Can wear anytime like when we are on outing on beaches and on just walk or while journey goes with anytime.

It's cheap and can have as many pairs we want...


Problems:

The use of flip-flops can result in many pains and injuries, including ankle sprains and broken bones.

 Some individuals who walk for long periods report pain in the feet, ankles, and lower legs. 

The lack of support provided by flip-flops often results in over-pronation injuries, caused by the foot slipping inwards further than normal. This can lead to flat feet and tendonitis. 

Other injuries that may result are due to the footwear's open-toed nature, such as stubbed toes, cuts, and bruises. 

Doctors recommend purchasing pricier sandals with thick-cushioned soles, as well as those that have a strap that is not canvas and that comes back almost to the ankle.


But follow few basic things before purchasing them:

Go for exact size if its little big thats fine but don ever buy smaller size then your feet.

Try trial walking before buying to check its comfortable for you.

Most off the time at begining it may bite your feet so apply some oil to flip flops and then use.

Don't buy too hard or too soft base it may hurt your ankle and leg too.
